Run 400 Meters

Then Immediately Begin 8 Minute AMRAP
8 Front Squats (135/95)
8 Burpees
8 Toes-to-Bar

Then Run 400 Meters

      Yes, start the clock before your first 400, then, when you return add that to your 8 minute AMRAP time to know when you need to end the AMRAP. When you finish, immediately run 400 again.

      So, if your 400 meter time was 2 minutes:

      2 Minute Run
      8 Minute AMRAP (Leave at 10 minutes on the clock)
      2 minute Run

      Total is time + rounds.
