14 Burpee Box Overs* 24/20
21 KB Swings 55/35

Note: On The Burpee Box Overs, you will perform the burpee, and then get over the box by ANY means necessary. However, if there is a touch at the top, the hips must open COMPLETELY (Games Standard). The only exception is if a complete jump over the box is performed. If this occurs a complete open of the hips is not necessary.
