Hope Everybody had a FANTASTIC Easter Weekend. Now, it’s time to work off those Peeps with our peeps (sorry that’s a little Easter Humor there)

This week is our first round of deadlines. We need our shirt orders finished by MONDAY NIGHT, because shirt orders are going in FIRST THING Tuesday morning. If you are wanting a Regional’s sponsorship shirt, make sure your name is ON THE BOARD, AT THE GYM. I will try to post a picture of it tomorrow night for you last minute people, but we need your name, and your shirt size IMMEDIATELY. If it’s not ON THE BOARD, AT THE GYM, you will not get a shirt. Again, don’t just post in on Facebook, we will be going off the list at the GYM.

Next, if you are planning on attending Regionals, we need to know by tomorrow night. We’ve been putting off renting a place, in hopes that more people will end up signing up to go, but we’re getting more maybe’s than definitely’s. So, please sign up if you are going. We might be able to sneak a person or two in, but we need a pretty darn solid list by tomorrow night so we can start reserving rooms.

We will be setting up the CFNX Carnival soon, and more details on that will come out when we have an idea of who all can attend and when.

There will be NO 10 AM women’s class. 

There will be NO evening classes. 

The gym will also be closed on Saturday.

Note: This workout is for Debbie Rominger a member of CrossFit Initiative in Reno, NV who was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer. Member of CrossFit’s in all of NV are banding together to try to raise money to try to help cover some over her medical bills. This event was brought to my attention by my niece who is a CrossFit coach in Las Vegas, NV, and I thought it would be awesome if CrossFit Nixa came together to show their support for Debbie. We don’t have to donate money, however, donating is optional and I’ve included the link in the post. If nothing else, we will get to show our support for a member of the CrossFit community going through a very rough time.

“We are raising money to support a loved one within our family at CFI, Debbie Rominger. Debbie has been diagnosed with a very rare and very aggressive form of cancer. Debbie has been relentless in her support of any noble cause that crosses her path. We are still in shock.

Our hope is that each box in Northern Nevada, California, heck!… The WORLD, will participate in this virtual event. Your box can host it anytime. Just have your members register here and email their scores to Soupha@crossfitinitiative.com. Your scores will be entered and you will show up on the scoreboard.
